Instant Consulting
You’re a research pro. Your proposal is finished. But you’re unsure if the science communication section is as persuasive as it could be? Then take advantage of our SciComm consulting. We’ll take a professional look at your strategy, format, and target groups, and provide tips on which areas would benefit from improvement.
Who can register?
Researchers, project staff, and research associations who are writing a research proposal with a communication plan.
How does the appointment work?
We offer two 30-minute timeslots per month.
Please briefly introduce your project to us at the start. To make the most of the time, you can also ask specific questions.

A total of 30 minutes of consultation. This offer is free of charge.
Intermediate Consulting Package
We will support you and your team on the path to a communication strategy or suitable format. We will advise you on integrating science communication into your grant applications in a meaningful way. Together, we will develop the strategic framework and ideas for innovative and feasible formats for your target groups, while being mindful of resource planning and evaluation.
Our consulting package includes:
Kick-off workshop with goal clarification, needs analysis, clarification of strategic to-dos and documentation
- Brainstorming & idea generation
- Conceptual and strategic consulting
- Methodical approach using the SciComm Format Canvas
Time and cost
A total of 4 hours of consulting. This offer costs €850.00.
Intensive Consulting Package
For larger projects, our intensive consulting services go one step further. Here, we focus on developing the content of communication guidelines, processes, and formats. We will write, design, and create a detailed roadmap for you. Just as in the Intermediate Consulting Package, we will support you in integrating science communication into your research proposal in a meaningful way or in implementing your project.

The consulting effort required will depend on the project or funding guidelines, and will take at least 12 hours. We will clarify this in a preliminary meeting, and you will receive a separate quote from us.
We offer intensive consulting services starting at €2,500.00.
